Vichar Vibhag UPCC Seminar on Dr. Manmohan Singh successfully organised and completed!  Vichar Vibhag UPCC Sunday Seminar on - "Role and Contribution of Dr. Manmohan Singh in economic development and nation building for India!* was successfully organised and completed and many participants did participate in the program. The participants were Sh. Sampoornanda Ji, head Vichar Vibhag, Dr. SP Tripathi, retired professor & senior congressmen, Mr. Shahabuddin, Lucknow and Mr. Swatantra, General Secretary Vichar Vibhag amongst others. The seminar was coordinated and hosted by State Office Incharge Vichar Vibhag Prof. Mohd Ossama on behalf of Vichar Vibhag.
