Seminar on- *Achievements of Congress led UPA government! - Services to Indian People!* was successfully organised today by Vichar Vibhag UPCC. 

The seminar was enriching to benefit the people on constructive Congress policies. Prof. SP Tripathi, Prof. Mohd Ossama and others participated in the seminar.
