The true essence of central planning, as mirrored in the vision of the classic Planning Commission and illuminated through the ideological and academic lens of my work, lies in its unwavering commitment to democratic socialism and the collective upliftment of the common man. Drawing from my extensive reflections on socio-economic welfare—notably my insights into the merits of socialism, public equity, and the mitigation of grassroots vulnerabilities—centralized planning is not merely a bureaucratic mechanism, but a moral architecture designed to convert national resources into shared human prosperity. In alignment with the progressive, welfare-centric principles championed within the intellectual echelons of the Vichar Vibhag, a structured Planning Commission serves as the ultimate guardian against unbridled commercialism, ensuring that industrial advancement never eclipses the fundamental rights of Indian farmers, laborers, and marginalized communities. It reinforces the philosophy that true economic growth must be intentionally directed, structurally fair, and ethically committed to the common good, weaving individual aspirations into a cohesive, compassionate national fabric where no citizen is left behind.

As in essence in my tenure in R&D unit and Teachers Cell of UP Congress Committee, I tried to ensure central planning remains key in policy formulations and key in resource allocation for the common man. As in leading Vichar Vibhag of UP Congress Committee, I stressed on Nehruvian Planning as a key vehicle of progress and welfare. Indeed Central planning remains a key part to successful large scale welfare and sustainable development for all indians for a New India.
